Minority Leader McCarthy, How White You Are

If only the rest of the country could realize just how white you are when you speak about racism and the insurrection.

I don’t think Americans can see just how educated and informed you are on these topics; if they could then they would understand that you, as a wealthy white man in a position of political power, truly grasp the struggles of People of Color and those with economic challenges. How could someone such as yourself, or your GOP peers be anything BUT more informed than those that live within the conditions on which you speak? It’s incredibly ignorant and naïve of us to think that the people that experience those struggles would know more than someone with a silver spoon in their mouth while they talk.

It is unbelievably clear to the world that you and the GOP truly have the “pulse of the country” when you speak. There can be no doubt in anyone’s mind that Republicans are truly seeking equality for all by decrying it and presenting the country as though no inequality could possible exist. Your ability to point out how the country is perfectly equal for white people and those that you care about is beyond reproach.

I mean, to anyone from the outside looking in, they might mistakenly think that you’re all cowards that fear anyone that has a skin tone different than yours, or doesn’t already have large amounts of wealth at their disposal. But we here in America know the TRUTH. You’re just fighting for YOUR equality. You’re just trying to make sure that no one else can possibly get onto the same platform you’re on, so that you can’t possibly be dislodged by someone more talented or intelligent. It’s not like you’re terrified of what could happen to your status if EVERYONE were given the same chances in life, right?

I mean, it’s completely preposterous to think that ALL THESE WHITE REPUBLICANS could possibly be so off base with their antiquated views and fascist responses to someone disagreeing with them that they would seek to actively destroy American Democracy in a vain attempt to retain their power and prevent the world from “devolving” into an “equanimous chaotic place where everyone is given the same chance to succeed or fail in life”.

But what do I know? I’m just an American citizen that served in the Army and saw one of his peers point his M-16 at the TV during President Obama’s first inauguration speech…How can I possibly believe racism still exists in America? It’s not like cops are out there shooting People of Color and murdering them or anything……
